4. Payment Terms

5. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all services within 24-48 hours of credit redemption. Delivery times may vary based on service complexity and current workload. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by CreditsFlow becomes the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreditsFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, any unused credits will remain valid for future use but no refunds will be provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
